I just wanted to say Thank You for doing such a great job on my carpet cleaning and water restoration.  Special thanks to Rick for working with us on the dehumidifiers, turbo fans, applying the mildewcide and finally the carpet cleaning.   Jim did a great job cleaning.  I called around 10:30 pm & the answering service had Rick call me back that evening.  He was very helpful.  Becky called the next morning & had the crew to our home the next day.  Our downstairs family room flooded.  We didn't know until 7:30 pm.  We had several inches of rain and the drains backed up.  This was the second time in 3 months!  The first time was in December.  We walked downstairs to 3' of water in some areas.  I had all the Christmas decorations out.  We had a mess & they were great both times.  Lee, Jim, Ed, Josh and all the other guys who helped move furniture & Christmas decorations.  I would highly recommend to use Prestige for all your cleaning needs.  Great company to work with.  When you have something dreadful happen to your home Prestige will come in and make it all clean and help you feel that it is getting thoroughly sanitized.  Becky is always so pleasant on the phone.  It was just about a relief the second time I called them and scheduled everything.  Thanks for making a bad situation easier.
